  • 1 pack of shrimp with cocktail sauce 160g Seafood Combo
  • by Grand Krust
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 Kumato
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 50 g of salmon roe

Step by Step

Scald the shrimp
Scald the shrimp for 1 minute in boiling salted water. When they’re ready, put them aside.

Prepare the avocado
Cut open the avocado and remove the stone; peel, chop and set aside in a bowl.

Prepare the tomato
Peel the tomato, remove the seeds and save.

Combine the ingredients
Chop up the tomato and the shallot; add to the avocado, season to taste and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer the tartare to a plate.

Add shrimp and decorate
Divvy up the shrimp, add cocktail sauce and decorate with the tomato seeds, salmon roe and chives.

Tips Practical Advice

If you’re making the tartare in advance, you can save it with the avocado stone to slow oxidation.
