Warm green bean salad with argentine red shrimp

Let's turn the traditional cooked green beans into a real delicacy! Who said that eating green was boring?

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 6 Argentine red shrimps
  • 400 g. green beans cut in julienne strips
  • Olive oil
  • White wine
  • Salt

Step by Step

First, cook the green beans cut in julienne strips in salted water for 5 minutes. Once they are ready, put them in cold water with ice for 6-7 minutes and save them for later.

Next, brown the Argentine red shrimps on both sides in olive oil and add salt to taste. Once they are ready, peel them and save their heads for later.

Cook the heads over medium heat, pressing them with a spatula to extract their juices. Add a splash of white wine.

Once the heads are cooked, remove them and strain the remaining broth.

Finally, plate the green beans with the Argentine red shrimps, add the broth and enjoy!
