Shrimp crêpes

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 300 g. peeled raw shrimp Grand Krust
  • 170 ml. milk
  • 80 g. flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 40 g. butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Paprika
  • 20 ml. brandy
  • 150 g. mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp chives

Step by Step

In a bowl, mix the milk, flour, one beaten egg and salt. Let stand in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and prepare the crêpes with the previous batter. Set aside.

In the same pan, cook the sliced garlic and shrimps with the paprika and brandy. Let reduce, mix with mascarpone and chives, and fill the crêpes. Let's eat!
