Shrimp and green apple tartar with mustard and wasabi

Thinking of a fresh and light starter before tackling the most hearty dishes? Want to blow your loved ones' minds (and palates too)? Don't give it another thought, this Asian-style shrimp tartar has it all!

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 200 g. Grand Krust shrimp
  • 100 g. granny-smith apple
  • 30ml vinegar
  • 50ml oilve oil
  • 1 tsp. wasabi powder
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi sesame
  • 40 g. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Smoked herring roe
  • Ito togarashi

Step by Step

Cut the shrimp and apple into brunoise. Mix in a bowl.

In a bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, wasabi powder and wasabi sesame, mustard, honey and salt. Mix well.

Put the previous mixture together with the reserved mixture and garnish with smoked herring roe and ito togarashi.
