  • 6 kg of coarse salt,
  • the juice of 6 lemons

Preparing the lemon and salt mixture
Mix the lemon juice with the salt

Introducing the Argentinian red shrimps into the salt
Put a bed of salt in a baking tray.
Place the Argentinean red shrimps in the tray and cover them with the remaining salt.

Cook the Argentinian red shrimps
Cook them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC.

Remove the salt and serve
After these 20 minutes, take out the tray from the oven and remove the salt and serve.
We can also put a tartar sauce for taste, if we want.

Tips Practical Advice

If we dont have lemon juice, we can use white wine or water, but in this case the plate will be less aromatic.
