Grind the cooked shrimps, spring onion, minced meat, ginger, white pepper, egg white, sesame oil, corn flour and salt.
Add the bread crumbs, chives, coriander, ginger and chili powder and mix. Make balls with the previous dough and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry them in plenty of olive oil.
Serve with a sauce made with mayonnaise and a splash of soy sauce. Enjoy!
