Fried shrimp balls

If it's fried, it already has a 50% chance of being good...and if it also has Grand Krust shrimps, success we'll be guaranteed. Where does this crunchy bite take you?

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 500 g. Grand Krust shrimp
  • 1 pc. spring onion
  • 100 g. minced meat
  • 25 g. ground ginger
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 25 gr. corn flour
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • Chives
  • Cilantro
  • Chili powder
  • Bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Soy sauce

Step by Step

Grind the cooked shrimps, spring onion, minced meat, ginger, white pepper, egg white, sesame oil, corn flour and salt.

Add the bread crumbs, chives, coriander, ginger and chili powder and mix. Make balls with the previous dough and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry them in plenty of olive oil.

Serve with a sauce made with mayonnaise and a splash of soy sauce. Enjoy!
