Scald the shrimps
Scald the shrimps for one minute in boiling salted water and put them aside.
Boil rice
Boil the rice in the salted water.
When it is prepared, cool it and put it aside in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients
Add the olives, corn and shrimps to the bowl with rice.
Serving
Put the salad on plates and some cocktail sauce on it and garnish our salad with half cut cherry tomatoes and corn salad
