Dip the shrimps in boiling water
Dip the shrimps for one minute in boiling salted water.
Grate the egg
Grate the cooked egg with the aid of a colander. Place it inside and press well to have it finely grated on the other side. When ready, put it aside.
Prepare the mix
Mix togheter the lettuce, washed and chopped, the peeled shrimps, the sliced pineapple, the chopped chives and the Grand Krust cocktail sauce.
Plating and decoration
Plate the cocktail in small glasses "zurito" type, in cups or in bowls appetizers, as we like.
Decorate with the grated egg, the orange slices, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and a couple of chives leaves.
