In a saucepan with oil, fry a clove of garlic.
Remove the garlic clove and use that same oil to fry two slices of bread.
Place the two fried slices in a blender, add 200ml of fish stock, and mash.
Chop the leek and fry it in a pan.
In the pan, add 5 strands of saffron and the mash (step 3).
Add the remaining 700ml of fish stock and bring the mixture to boiling point.
Add the chickpeas and cook for 10 minutes.
Finally, add the Grand Krust deveined Argentine prawns and cook for 3 more minutes.
