Start by mixing the juice of the limes, the sweet corn and the raw prawns in a bowl.
Next, shred the onions.
Add pepper to the bowl and make sure the prawns are pink, which means they are ‘ready’. Then add the onions.
Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl with a dash of ‘Valentina’ sauce and salt. Then mix it.
Lastly, serve it and decorate it with the yucca chips, the corn nuts and a little bit of cilantro on top. Enjoy!
