Melt a butter of Provence herbs
To start preparing this dish, we put a saucepan over the fire and melt a butter of Provencal herbs.
Add the cream
When the butter is melted, we add the cream for cooking.
Preheat the oven and put lobsters on a tray
Meanwhile the sauce is warming up, we heat our oven to 220 °C and put lobsters on a baking sheet.
Spread the cream on lobsters
When the cream has thickened, we remove it from the heat, put the sauce over the lobster, sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese.
Bake the lobsters
We put the lobsters in the oven and wait for a few minutes till they get a golden colour.
