Peel the shrimp
Peel the shrimp without removing the head.
Assemble the skewers
Skewer the shrimp and season to taste.
Wrap the shrimp in puff pastry
Cut the puff pastry into small triangles and wrap the shrimp.
Brush the triangles with egg
Brush the triangles with a beaten egg.
Bake the triangles
Put the triangles on a covered baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes. When the time’s up, remove the triangles and they’re ready to serve.
