This récipe of wok-cooked pasta and seafood is the ideal alternative to the classic pasta dishes. The sauce and the soybean sprouts give to the pasta a delicious oriental touch, that combines perfectly with the flavor of the seafood given by the seafood cocktail. An excellent choice to present as a starter or to be served as a single dish for a light dinner.

  • 1 pack of seafood cocktail with vinaigrette sauce 240g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust
  • 240 g fusilli
  • Extra virgin olive oil (for the final dressing)
  • Soy sauce
  • Soybean sprouts
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Step by Step

Cook the pasta
Cook the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
When the pasta is al dente, drain it and put it aside.

Sauté the pasta

Incorporate the seafood and the soybeans
Incorporate the seafood and the soybean sprouts to the pasta and sauté them together for one minute.
Remove from heat and add a few drops of soy sauce. When using this sauce, we must be careful with the salt, since it has a high sodium content.

Plate it, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and garnish the dish with chopped parsley.

Tips Practical Advice

To keep the chopped parsley loose, we need to chop it very fine from the beginning, because if we are passing over many times the knife, the water will came out and it will stick.
