Spaghetti with Argentine red shrimps, pesto and cherry tomatoes

Argentine red shrimps are a delicious dish guaranteed to be success in a special lunch, dinner or as a daily recipe. When prepared with this technique, the king prawns are specially juicy and all their nutritional properties remain intact.   • Pesto 50g
  • Cherry tomatoes 100g

  • White wine 300ml
  • Basil leaves (decoration)

In a frying pan, sauté a sliced ​​garlic clove with a pinch of salt.

Add the schrimp skins and the white wine and reduce it by half.

Strain the broth into a pot, crushing the shrimp skins well so that they release their juice. Reserve the broth for later.

In another pan, mix the two remaining garlic cloves with cherry tomatoes and pepper.

Add the broth and the 200g of shrimp. Then cook everything for 3 minutes.

In the same pan, add the pesto, basil, and pasta. Mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
