Shrimp and mussel soup

We have given the classic shrimp soup a twist by replacing the clams with the mussels. Do you enjoy giving classic recipes a personal touch, too?

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 100 g. Grand Krust shrimp
  • 10 pcs. Grand Krust mussels
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 pc. Italian red bell pepper
  • 1/2 pc. Italian green bell pepper
  • 1 pc. spring onion
  • Saffron strands
  • 1 pc. cayenne pepper
  • 1 pc. grated tomato
  • 120 g. noodles nº4
  • 600 ml. fish stock

Step by Step

In a pot with olive oil, brown the sliced garlic with the chopped peppers, spring onion, saffron, cayenne and grated tomato.

Add the noodles nº4 and the fish stock. Let cook for eleven minutes.

Finally, add the shrimp and mussels, and cook for another two minutes. Serve and that's it!
