  • Prawns (200g)
  • Hake fillet (1 piece)
  • Potato (3, medium size)
  • Olives stuffed with anchovies
  • A carrot
  • Olive oil
  • Mayonnaise

Step by Step

Boil some water, add a pinch of salt and the 3 potatoes and cook over low heat for 1h15 min.

Chop and grate the olives and carrot in a bowl.

Peel and chop the boiled potatoes, then add them to the same bowl as the carrots and olives.

Boil the hake for 10-12 min

Cook the Prawns for 2 minutes, then chop both the shrimp and the hake and add to the bowl with everything else.

Add the mayonnaise to the mixture and stir, then decorate your plate to taste, for the final touch: a drizzle of olive oil.
