Prawn Pad Thai

Pad Thai is undoubtedly the star of Thai cuisine. A stir-fried dish whose base is rice noodles with egg, tamarind sauce and a mixture of ingredients, served with a slice of lime and its juice. In this case, our Grand Krust prawns are the protagonists. What ingredient can't be missing from your Pad Thai?

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 200 g. cooked Grand Krust prawn
  • 200 g. rice noodles
  • 3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. soybean
  • 1 tbsp. tamarind paste
  • 1 pc. spring onion
  • 1/2 pc. grated carrot
  • 50 g. peanuts
  • 1 pc. egg
  • Chives
  • Cilantro
  • Lime

Step by Step

Cook the rice noodles for five minutes and remove them.

In a wok, mix the fish sauce, brown sugar, soy and tamarind paste. Reduce and set aside.

Cook chopped onion, grated carrot and peanuts in olive oil. Stir in the sauce, egg, noodles and prawns. Ready! You can garnish with chives, cilantro and lime.
