Lentil & Prawns salad

In a weekly menu at the height of our efforts could not miss a good salad. Legume and prawn give it that extra input that makes it a complete meal, a very tasty one!

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 300gr cooked prawn Bio Grand Krust
  • 270gr cooked lentils
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 Italian green bell pepper
  • 5gr coriander
  • 6ml sherry vinegar
  • 15ml EVOO

Step by Step

In a bowl, mix the lentils with the onion, bell pepper and chopped coriander.

Add the vinegar, the olive oil and the prawns. Add salt to taste, mix everything together and that's it!
