  • 3 avocados
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 chicories
  • 2 hearts of lettuce
  • black olives
  • 3 kumato tomatoes
  • 8 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • cilantro
  • cumion

Step by Step

Prepare the carrot
Peel the carrot and make shavings. Put them in a bowl of ice water to keep them nice and crunchy.

Prepare the lettuce and chicory
Remove the leaves from the hearts of lettuce and the chicories and arrange them on a plate.

Cut the tomato
Cut the tomatoes into sections and place them on top of the lettuce.

Prepare the avocado
Cut open the avocados and remove the stones. Peel the avocados, chop them and spread them over the salad.

Add seafood cocktail
Spread the seafood cocktail over the avocados.

Prepare the vinaigrette
Mix a vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, salt, cumin and chopped cilantro.
