Cockles with argentine red shrimps and clams

Did you know that cardoons are rich in iron and calcium? Give your body an extra dose of minerals with this delicious vegetable and serve it along two delicacies from the sea: red Argentine shrimps and clams. Don't you like cardoons? What vegetable would you prefer instead?

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 150 g. Grand Krust Argentine red shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1/2 montilla wine
  • 150 g. cooked cockles
  • 100 g. clams

Step by Step

Brown the garlic in a frying pan with olive oil and add the flour, the montilla wine and let it evaporate.

Cook the cockles and add them together with the cooking broth when it reduces.

Add the clams, the shrimps and cook for three minutes. Serve and let's eat!
