Ingredients of the recipe

  • 500gr Grand Krust mussels
  • 270ml water
  • 2 squid ink
  • 400gr strong flour
  • 7gr dehydrated yeast
  • 250ml crushed tomato
  • 1gr oregano
  • 20ml olive oil
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Black olives
  • Green pepper

Step by Step of Recipe

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the warm water, squid ink, flour and salt. Knead for 5 minutes.

To the dough, add the yeast and knead for another 10 minutes. Cover it until it doubles in size.

Mix the crushed tomato with the oregano, the Olive oil and salt to taste.

Lubricate your hands with oil and shape the dough into a pizza. Place on a tray.

Put the tomato sauce, the chipped mussels and decorate with cheese, olives and bell pepper on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and it's ready!
