Spelt and argentine red shrimp salad

It’s more digestive -—and has more proteins— than wheat and is one of the best cereals for diets. It supposes a great fiber supplyer and it’s a great source of energy. We speak of spelt, a grain excellently considered from remote times that today is recovering his status. And if we already mix it with Argentine Red Shirmps and an exquisite vinaigrette... absolute triumph!

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 200 g. Grand Krust Argentine red shrimp
  • 120 g. cherry tomato
  • 200 g. French green beans
  • 200 g. cooked spelt
  • Lime
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Step by Step

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Remove the ends of the beans, cut them and cook them in salted water for one minute.

Cook the Argentine red shrimp for two minutes, remove and drain.

4 step_img_4

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with the lime zest and 1/2 of its juice, pepper, olive oil and salt. Stir and ready!
