Spelt and argentine red shrimp salad

It’s more digestive -—and has more proteins— than wheat and is one of the best cereals for diets. It supposes a great fiber supplyer and it’s a great source of energy. We speak of spelt, a grain excellently considered from remote times that today is recovering his status. And if we already mix it with Argentine Red Shirmps and an exquisite vinaigrette... absolute triumph!
