Pappardelle with shrimp and rucola is nutritious and tasty. You can make it in only 20 minutes. The result is a filling starter that you can have as a main if you want a light meal.

  • 1 bag of Argentinean red shrimp 400 g de Grand Krust
  • 250 g of pappardelle
  • 100 g of rucula
  • 200 g of grated Parmesan
  • 200 ml of water
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Make whey
Boil the water, add the cheese and let it dissolve.

Strain the mixture
Pass the water and cheese mixture through a sieve and save. This is how we get the whey of the Parmesan.
Heat a pot of salted water.

Prepare rucula
Chop the rucola and save some leaves for decoration.

Sear the shrimp
Heat a splash of oil in a pan, season the shrimp, then sear them on each side. Set them aside.

Sauté the rucula
In the same pan, fry the rucola and the sesame seeds. Add the whey until it begins to boil.

At this moment, lower the heat and add the shrimp.

Put the pappardelle in the boiling water.

Sauté the pasta and serve
When the pasta is al dente, drain and add it to the pan. Cook everything together and it’s ready to serve.
