Dressed “papas” with prawns

A first course or starter as simple as it is tasty.

Ingredients

FOR 8 PEOPLE

  • 150 gr Bio Grand Krust prawns
  • 9 pcs. small potatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 6 pcs olives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar

Step by Step

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and peel.

Chop the onion, olives and parsley. Put in a bowl and add everything together with the cut potatoes and prawns.

Dress with olive Oil, vinegar and salt and ready!
