Beyond the quality of our salmon loins, the key here is the orange and lime juice. A refreshing and easy to prepare dish, dare to taste for yourself.

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 125gr Atlantic salmon Grand Krust
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 10gr capers
  • 1 sprig of dill
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 lime juice
