  • Argentine prawn tail Grand Krust 300g
  • Beer
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Peppers
  • Red cabbage
  • Coriander
  • Onion
  • Fresh chili
  • 2 limes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet corn

Step by Step

Macerate the prawn tails in salt and beer for two minutes.

Mix the flour and the paprika and coat the tails with the mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

Cut the red cabbage into strips. Then chop the coriander, the onion and the fresh chili and mix everything together. Once mixed, add the juice of the two limes (you can squeeze it with your hands).

Add the mayonnaise and sweet corn and stir well.

Fry the prawns until they are golden brown.

Heat the corn tortillas on both sides (in the pan).
