The result is this brand new section, The Illustrated Recipe, in which —along with different kind of artists— we will feature recipes that have behind them interesting stories

For our debut we pay homage to one of our idols, Benjamin Buford Blue, better known as Bubba, the unforgettable Forrest Gump sidekick and the most hardcore shrimphead ever. In his honor we have choose this ‘Shrimp Scampi’ bayou style recipe, tasty and easy to cook. This one goes for you, Bubba!
