Preparing the Argentinian red shrimps
Put a bit of olive oil in a frying pan.
Season the Argentinean red shrimps and put them to sauté in the frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side.

Incorporate the brandy and flambé to evaporate the alcohol.

Sprinkle with coriander and serve
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and black pepper and serve.

Tips Practical Advice

If we want to give a different touch to the dish, we can add some citric-fruits grated after flambé.
