Birra molto fruttata e dall&#8217;aroma potente. Edonista ed eccessivo. Millennial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Calamari fritti &#8211; Pils<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tradizionale. Se funziona, perch\u00e9 inventare cose strane? Il fritto e il croccante\/tenero del calamaro insieme all&#8217;amaro, al crispy e alla facilit\u00e0 di bere una buona Pils, la birra pi\u00f9 delicata e, fino a poco tempo fa, la pi\u00f9 disprezzata dai cosiddetti intenditori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ostriche &#8211; Dry Stout<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Classico irlandese, non potevamo lasciarlo fuori. C&#8217;\u00e8 persino un festival dedicato esclusivamente a questo splendido abbinamento. La punta salina e iodata delle ostriche si sposa a perfezione con il torrefatto e con la cremosit\u00e0 di una Stout tradizionale, bevibile, cremosa, setosa e asciutta. E non c&#8217;\u00e8 nemmeno molto altro da spiegare: se non si capisce \u00e8 perch\u00e9 non si conosce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Sushi &#8211; Belgian Blonde<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si intende per Belgian Blonde una delle belghe moderne (De la Senne, De Ranke), un pochino pi\u00f9 amare rispetto alla tradizione ma con la complessit\u00e0 dei loro ceppi di lievito, sono perfette con lo umami e lo yodo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Rombo alla brace &#8211; Oud Bruin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Brutale. La consistenza del rombo con la bipolarit\u00e0 della Oud Bruin, la punta rinfrescante da un lato e il legno dall&#8217;altro, la vaniglia e le ciliegie.
