Sono ideali da servire come aperitivo o per dare allegria alle nostre insalate.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il procedimento per sbollentare i gamberi e le mazzancolle \u00e8 molto rapido e semplice. Per cominciare, mettiamo a bollire una pentola con acqua e una buona presa di sale. In generale, si raccomanda di aggiungere 50-60 grammi di sale per ogni litro d\u2019acqua. La quantit\u00e0 di liquido varier\u00e0 in funzione del fatto che andremo a preparare molto o poco prodotto, per\u00f2 \u00e8 importante che sia abbondante perch\u00e9 il pesce sia coperto completamente e abbia lo spazio per cuocere in modo uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Quando l\u2019acqua inizia a bollire, mettiamo i crostacei senza scongelarli. Se vediamo che l\u2019acqua si riscalda poco, aggiungiamo pi\u00f9 cubetti di ghiaccio.<\/p>\n<p>Manteniamo il fuoco al massimo e, quando l\u2019acqua bolle di nuovo, ritiriamo subito i crostacei. Li scoliamo e li immergiamo rapidamente nel recipiente pieno di acqua e ghiaccio, che avremo preparato previamente. Se vediamo che l\u2019acqua si riscalda un poco, aggiungiamo pi\u00f9 cubetti di ghiaccio.<\/p>\n<p>Trascorsi 15 minuti, Coliamo di nuovo i frutti di mare e li serviamo.
