Mix the ingredients well with mayonnaise, add a bit of chopped parsley\u00a0and it\u2019s ready. If it\u2019s too thick, you can add some lemon juice or a splash of milk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Olive tapenade<\/strong><br \/>\nOlive tapenade is a kind of olive pur\u00e9e which is perfect for dressing salads or seafood\u00a0carpaccio. To make it, peel and chop a clove of garlic. Add it to a bowl of black\u00a0olives and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Season with aromatic herbs (oregano,\u00a0rosemary and\/or thyme), salt and pepper. Finally, beat the mixture using a kitchen\u00a0mixer until it becomes the texture of a paste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guacamole<\/strong><br \/>\nThis Mexican sauce goes amazingly well with seafood cocktail. To prepare homemade\u00a0guacamole, start by mixing the meat of a ripe avocado with a little lemon juice and\u00a0mashing it with a fork. Chop up a spring onion, a ripe tomato, two cloves of garlic\u00a0and some cilantro and add them to the avocado. Mix everything well, add salt, a\u00a0little more lemon juice and blend everything with a mixer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yoghurt and soy sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nThis sauce goes well with tempura dishes. To make it, put some natural yoghurt in a\u00a0bowl with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt and ground white pepper.
