Seafood Stew

These a food stew is a classic recipe, with which we have a sure success in special occasions or for meals and Christmas dinners. This is a very tasty, complete and healthy recipe, in which these a food flavor is the real protagonist. It also offers us the advantage that we can prepare it in advance, so that we don't have last minute rush situations.

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 4 wild scampi Grand Krust
  • 4scarlet shrimpsGrand Krust
  • 4 Argentinean red shrimp Grand Krust
  • 1 pack of Argentinean squid rings400 g Grand Krust
  • 250 g clams Grand Krust
  • 250g mussels
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 750 ml fishbroth
  • ½ glass of brandy
  • 1 glass of White wine
  • Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Note: If we want to make this recipe for 8 people instead of 4, we just have to double all quantities of the ingredients.
