Spaghetti Spanish omelette with shrimps

This recipe of spaghetti Spanish omelette with shrimps is inspired by the classic Italian frittata, a type of omelette where you can use all kinds of ingredients, including pasta. Here we propose to add spaghetti and shrimps, seasoned with garlic sauce, which will give a delicious spicy taste to the tortilla.

  • 1 pack of shrimps with garlic sauce 160g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust
  • 200 g spaghetti,
  • 80 g grated parmesan cheese,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 100 g fried tomato sauce,
  • olive oil,
  • salt,
  • white pepper

Step by Step

Heat the sauce and sauté shrimps
Put the garlic sauce in a pan and when it is ready, we add the shrimps, fry them for a minute and put them aside.

Cook the spaghetti
cook the spaghetti in a pot with salt water.

Mix the eggs
While cooking spaghetti, we put in a bowl four eggs, salt, white pepper, parmesan cheese and mix everything.

Mix the spaghetti with shrimps
When the spaghetti is al dente, drain them and mix with the shrimps in order to mix the garlic sauce. Thus, will also be helpful to cool them and we will be sure that the eggs won’t be curdled while mixing.
