The grilled squid and sautéed vegetables is a very complete starter, light and healthy, which provides us with fiber, vitamins and low fat. The sea flavor of the squid blends perfectly with the vegetables and brings a greater consistency to the plate. Depending on the season, we can modify the ingredients and add the vegetables that are best to be found at all time.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of squid with grill sauce 220g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g of green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes
  • Salt

Step by Step

Prepare the vegetables
Boil the green beans in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain them and put them aside.

Cut all the vegetables into small sticks.

Sauté the squid
Cut the squid into pieces and pan-fry them in a pan with the Combínalos Grand Krust grill sauce for 2 minutes and season to taste.

Mix it with the vegetables
Incorporate the vegetables to the squid and pan-fry together for 5 minutes over high heat.
Plate and serve.

Tips Practical Advice

If we want to preserve the original color of the fresh vegetables, once boiled or blanched, drain and cool them by passing through ice-cold water.
