Shrimp and chicken balls

Shrimp and chicken balls is a spectacular appetiser with which you’re certain to triumph when you have a special meal or celebration. Coated in chinese noodles and dressed with cilantro and ginger, these shrimp and chicken balls with an Asian touch will satisfy the most demanding palates.

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 1 bag of peeled red shrimp 200g Grand Krust
  • 100 g of chicken breast
  • 100 g Chinese mein noodles
  • chopped cilantro
  • ginger
  • sweet and sour sauce
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • sunflower oil
  • ½ beaten egg

Step by Step

Put the shrimp, chicken breast, beaten egg, salt, white pepper, a pinch of cilantro and a pinch of ginger in a food mixer. Blend everything well to get a dough.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. When they’re ready, drain and let them cool.

Make some balls out of the dough and wrap them with noodles so that they look like a ball of yarn.

Fry them in sunflower oil and put them aside on a plate covered with a paper towel.

The shrimp balls are ready to serve with a side of sweet and sour sauce.
