Scrambled eggs with cod and shrimps

Scrambled eggs are delicious and can be enjoyed with all kinds of ingredients. In this occasion, we propose to serve them with cod and shrimps, seasoned with a spicy chili and garlic. As a result we get a tasty and energetic starter, perfect to keep you warm in the coldest days of the year.

  • 200 g of desalted and crumbled cod,

  • 2 cloves garlic,

Fry the garlic and chili
Warm up a pan with a little oil, and fry the sliced garlic and chili over simmering, to get their full flavor.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips, fry them in a pan with oil and put them on paper towels.

Sauté the cod and shrimps in the oil, spiced with garlic and chilli beforehand.
