Rice salad with shrimps

Rice is a very versatile food, that allows us to prepare thousands of different recipes. In summer, it is a great source of making refreshing salads, in which we can include all kinds of ingredients, depending on your preferences. In this occasion, we propose to prepare it with some shrimps, which will give a delicious seafood taste.

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 1 pack of shrimps with cocktail sauce 160g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust
  • 200 g of rice,
  • 150 g sweet corn,
  • 100 g black olives,
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes,
  • 50 g corn salad,
  • salt

Step by Step

Scald the shrimps
Scald the shrimps for one minute in boiling salted water and put them aside.

Boil rice
Boil the rice in the salted water.
When it is prepared, cool it and put it aside in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients
Add the olives, corn and shrimps to the bowl with rice.

Serving
Put the salad on plates and some cocktail sauce on it and garnish our salad with half cut cherry tomatoes and corn salad

Tips Practical Advice

If we want our sauce to be light and better to serve, we just have to keep a little water of sweet corn and mix it with the sauce.
