Squids in seafood sauce

The squids in seafood sauce are an exquisite second plate. They are ideal for those days when we feel like eating something tasty but we don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen, so we can prepare them in just 20 minutes. If accompanied with white rice or pasta, we can turn them into one healthy plate with seafood taste.

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 1 pack of squids with grill sauce 220g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust
  • 4 salted almonds
  • ½ slice of toast
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml fish broth
  • Salt

Step by Step

Preparation of the sauce
Put in a saucepan the toast, the almonds, the wine and the fish broth. Grind everything together.

Sauté the squids
Sauté the squids in a saucepan with Grand Krust grill sauce.

Incorporate the sauce
Add the sauce we had put it aside, season to taste, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes and serve.

Tips Practical Advice

If you want the sauce to be more thicker, you can add a slice of whole wheat bread instead of half a slice.
